1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using PlayPeet ("the Service"), operated by PlayPeet Ltd, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
PlayPeet is an online platform that allows users to:
Create and participate in padel and pickleball tournaments
Compete for real money prizes
Manage tournament brackets and match results
Track player ratings and statistics
Add funds to accounts and withdraw winnings
3. User Registration and Accounts
To use certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information during registration
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Be responsible for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Tournament Rules and Fair Play
All users must comply with the following tournament rules:
Report match results accurately and honestly
Participate in tournaments in good faith
Respect other players and maintain sportsmanlike conduct
Abide by official padel and pickleball rules during matches
Accept tournament bracket decisions and match scheduling
5. Financial Terms
Entry Fees and Prizes
Tournament entry fees are displayed before registration. For verified match settlements, a 2.5% platform fee is deducted from collected entry fees, the confirmed court expense is reimbursed to its payer, and the remainder is split between the winning players. These credits are made to PlayPeet wallets after a valid final result; bank withdrawals are separate. Completed results, player names and prize winnings are displayed publicly. Court reimbursements are excluded from the winnings leaderboard.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Minimum deposit amount is PKR 10 via bank transfer to Askari Bank. Withdrawals are subject to a 2.5% processing fee and require manual approval. Processing time is 3-5 business days.
Refunds
Entry fees are generally non-refundable once a tournament begins. Refunds may be granted at our discretion for cancelled tournaments or technical issues.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Users are prohibited from:
Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage
Manipulating match results or tournament outcomes
Using automated tools or bots
Harassing or threatening other users
Attempting to hack or compromise the platform
Violating any applicable laws or regulations
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of PlayPeet are owned by PlayPeet Ltd and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without written permission.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain continuous service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service with reasonable notice to users.
10. Limitation of Liability
PlayPeet Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid to us in the past 12 months.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. The venue for arbitration shall be Lahore, Pakistan.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
